Stop Your Colds or Flu
From Going Full Circle

Colds and Flu

We all know what it feels like to get a cold: first sniffling, sneezing, a scratchy throat, runny nose, and later, cough, hoarseness, headache, tiredness and achiness. These symptoms come from the actions of the bacteria and virus, as well as the body's immune system's desperate efforts to fight them off.

Modern medicine often battles symptoms, while the root causes are ignored. We are given antihistamines to open up nasal passages, suppressants to quiet our cough, and then pain relievers to handle body aches. A range of side effects then have to be endured, such as feeling buzzed, drained or dried up.

Many single-herb cold remedies do work at times. Echinacea is a good example. Yin Chiao, a Chinese herb, is another one. They both are effective in the initial cold or flu stage, but become increasingly less effective as the battle shifts to deeper levels.

Easier to Take.   Works on Deep Levels

The First-Defense formula are very successful in helping people snap off from their colds or flu. These formula are in granules and need to be boiled, which makes its effect kick in fast.

But the need of boiling makes it inconvenient for people who don't have access to the kitchen. Especially for people who travels frequently, they need something that they can take easily.

The First-Defense formula are primary for colds and flu at the early stage. If you don't have First Defense at hands and miss out on the early stage of defending yourself, the colds and flu could pass the exterior level and move to deeper levels. The immune response would become less effective and the bacteria or virus would become stronger, replicating more quickly.

In this case, what is needed is a remedy that can nourishes and replenishes the immune system to attack the unwelcome intruders at all levels of colds and flu development.

RG and XG are the answers to these two needs.

RG / XG are tablets, they are easier to take and easier to carry around. RG / XG also work on deep levels of cold/flu development.

Safe and Effective. No Side Effects.

The beauty of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is that their balanced formula strengthens the body's own good design without producing side effects or warranting contraindications.

Chinese herbs excel in safety and may be easily delivered in concentrated form. Chinese herbal concentrates are safe, because highly knowledgeable and trusted practitioners are in charge of every phase of production.

Single herbs are not the true magic behind Chinese herbology. Rather, it is the uniqueness of the formula. It is the synthesis of the balanced and precisely chosen ingredients.  This, plus the centuries-old methods of cooking and preparing herbs, make the final product so safe and effective.

How to take RG?

You can use RG tablets as needed. You can adjust the dose depending on your body size, constitution, and stage of your cold.

It is best is to have RG handy to stop the wind-heat colds invasion from happening in the first place. The earlier you catch the invasion the less herbs you will need to use.

If you have had the "wind-heat" pattern of cold for a while by the time you start taking RG or XG, it may take repeated doses to chase it away.

If you are not improving soon enough, increase the frequency, and/or the number of tablets taken each time. In case of an acute cold, you may take as many frequent doses as necessary, such as every 30 minutes, until your symptoms improve. It is impossible to overdose because should you take more than you need, your body will safely eliminate the excess.

You can stop taking RG when your symptoms has completely stopped.

How to take XG?

Because XG is a very gentle formula, you can take the herbs over a period of time until your symptoms has completely stopped. Using XG nourishes and strengthens your body's natural defenses.
