3. fill out your billing and shipping info, and save it.

Following are the details and illustrations of each step:

1. => Go to our product page, or order page, where there is a shopping cart
=> Enter a desired number to the shopping cart
=> click on "Add To Cart"

2. => Create your own UserName, and Password
=> Check box "I am a new user"
=> Submit

At this step, please remember that both the username and password are case-sensitive.

Try to write them down immediately in a piece of paper so that you remember exactly the way you type them as you create your username and password.

=> Allow your browser (if it is FireFox) to remember your password, if you are using your computer at home.

Now you password is remembered by your internet browser FireFox. Next time when you do customer login, your username and password will automatically show up.

3. => Select the Shipping Method (on the top of the page)

=> Carefully check all address info to ensure their accuracy

Please make sure that your email address is correct, so that you can receive Cart Manager services' message if in the future you have to recover your forgotten password.

=> Click on "Continue with Purchase" to save your info

Now your shipping method and your addresses are saved under your Username.

At this point, you have successfully created your account. If you don't want to complete the checkout process, it is fine; you account has been created. You can just close out. If you want to complete the checkout, go ahead.

Tips to Help Remember Your Username and Password

Remembering Username

1. => When you finish your order, your computer screen will show up an "Order Receipt".

On the left lower corner of the order receipt, you will see an underlined heading of "Customer Login", and your Username is shown there.

2. => You may want to press Control/P to "print the screen" of the receipt so you have a physical reminder of your own Username. Write your Password under your Username if you want.

3. => Put your Username and Password in a safe place so that you will have them available next time when you login.

Remembering Password

1. => Write down your password immediately after you create it in a piece of paper.

Put it together with your username.

2. => Let your browser remember your password if your browser is FireFox,

After you created your password and confirmed it, FireFox will ask you whether you want the computer to remember this password.

It will be a good idea to do so if you are using your computer at home.

Now you password is remembered by your internet browser. Next time when you login, your password will automatically show up in black dots after you type in your Username.

How to Login to Existing Account?

Next time when you shop, follow these 3 steps to login:

1. => Add an item to cart
=> Checkout

=> Click on "customer login" at the upper right corner next to billing info

2. => Enter your Username and Password (not as a new user)
=> Submit
=> Your shipping method, billing address and shipping address all will be filled out automatically.

This saves you a lot of time and energy in the checkout process.

3. => Click on "Continue with Purchase" at the bottom to complete the check-out process

Your Credit Card Info Will Not Be Retained

For security reasons, only your billing and shipping info can be set up and stored by the Cart Manager services. Your credit card number cannot be stored, therefore you must enter it yourself each time you make a purchase.

How to Edit the Shipping Address without Changing the Billing Address?

1. => Follow the procedure of login Step 1 through step 2

2. => Edit the shipping address as you want and change the shipping method if necessary.

3. => Click on "Continue with Purchase" at the bottom of the address page to save the change that you just typed

Your new shipping address is now saved under your Username.

If you want to change back to your original shipping address, you will need to go through the same procedure to initiate the change.

Note: If you are paying for another person (a loved one or a friend) who has a different shipping address, you may want to create a separate account for that person with his/her shipping address stored in a new separate account.

This way, you don't need to edit the shipping address each time when you purchase for this specific person and then to edit back to your own shipping address.

How to Update My Billing Address?

If you have changed your billing address, please follow these steps to update your billing address:

1. => Follow the procedure of login: Step 1 through step 2

2. => Edit both addresses as needed to keep them current

3. => Click on "Continue with Purchase" at the bottom of the address page to save the update

Now your billing and shipping address are updated.

How to Recover My Forgotten Password?

If you forget your password during login, follow these 3 steps to get a new password::

1. => During login, look for the prompt that are in bolded font stating: If you have forgotten your password click here

=> Enter Username as requested
=> Submit (Note: your password will not be changed until the email confirmation has been received by the Cart Manger services)
=> Minimize this page for later use

2. => Go to your internet browser or your email client application
=> Check your email
=> Reply to Cart Manager services' email to confirm it.

You don't need to type anything or any confirmation number in the email, just hit "reply."

=> Wait about 3 minutes for Cart Manager to send you a temporary password
=> Highlight and copy the temporary password

3. => Go back to the Login page
=> Paste the given temporary password into the password box
=> Submit
=> Your shipping method, billing address and shipping address, all will be filled out automatically
=> Look for "change password" link directly under "customer login" on the upper right corner, next to the billing info
=> Change the given temporary password (which is now your old password) into something else meaningful to you, therefore easy for you to remember
=> Submit.

Note: To recover a forgotten password, you will need to have two things ready: (a) your Username; (b) your correct email address where the Cart Manager will send you the new password.

It is important that you remember your Username. It is also important that you enter the correct email address when you set up your account.

If you do not remember your username, then the only solution is to re-create another account for yourself.
