I started taking SierraSil a couple of months ago. I am 51 years old and am feeling the affects of age on my knees, but I have been hesitant to take anything for it. I have taken SierraSil for almost 2 years. It has been a miracle in my life. I have no joint in my big toe. Arthritis has destroyed it. I was on a heavy anti-inflammatory RX and started SierraSil of 3 or 4 capsules in the morning and 3 in the pm. It was like a miracle!! I got off all of my RX within a week. Two years ago, I was having pain between my thumb and forefinger. After 2 bottles of SierraSil, the pain was gone and has never come back. That was then and I had since almost forgotten about SierraSil. A few months ago my jaw joint hurt a lot, and it continued on and on. I could not open my mouth to bite an apple or even brush my teeth. I started to use Sierrasil again. Within less then two months of taking it, I started to notice that I could open my mouth without pain. Now my jaw is 99% great, I can bite an apple without feeling hurt any more.

We also give SierraSil to our 14-year-old dog - Sparky. Sparky was having trouble getting up with her legs. After 3 weeks of Sierrasil, 2 caps per day (she is 75 lbs), she is getting around decent. I've been taking SierraSil by recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon since three years ago. A piece of my kneecap broke off and severed one of the tendons inside. My orthopedic surgeon did an emergent surgery to remove it so it would do no more harm. He recommended SierraSil because he used it because he found that it worked better for him than the Glucosamine Chondroitin did, and he passed that info on. I tried and have been happy with it every since. I have had no side effects after taking it this long and plan to continue taking it.
